Michel & Elodie our truffle producers here in Provence

The two are passionate truffle lovers, truffle producers and restaurateurs!

Elodie's family has been working on their own truffle oaks for many generations. All of them are located in the south of France in the departments of Alpes-de-Haute Provence, Vaucluse and Drôme.

They search for their own truffles together with their truffle dogs and skillfully process them into delicious products full of the aromas of black gold! Michel is a professional chef and therefore always brings a lot of inspiration for new, innovative truffle recipes.

The idea for the Amuseti brand was born from their passion for food and truffles.

Winter truffle Tuber melanosporum and nothing else!

In November, Michel sets out with his dogs to find the black winter truffle in the forests of Provence.

Amuseti products contain real winter truffles from Provence, grown on site and without chemical fertilizers or pesticides. All products are made in Provence. Completely without preservatives or artificial flavors. To achieve an authentic taste, only the expensive tuber melanosporum is used. This is the real black winter truffle from Provence.

In the summer months, Elodie and Michel also harvest summer truffles. For those who find the taste of winter truffles too strong, it is worth trying the summer truffle, truffe d'été . It has a less strong taste and is also less expensive than the tuber melanosporum.

Truffle producers in Provence with a special love for Corsica

Since Elodie has Corsican roots, some of the Amuseti products are a creative fusion between the black truffle from Provence and typical products from Corsica, such as goat cheese, pork or veal from Zicavo.
