We work exclusively with small local producers and manufacturers who process local ingredients in the South of France into delicious specialties. Fruit, vegetables, nuts, honey, meat and cheese are transformed into very special foods using traditional craftsmanship. With lots of real flavor, no additives and made from 100% natural ingredients.

In our online shop we have a large selection of vegetarian delicatessen and many vegan specialties from France.

Responsible consumption is very important to us. This means only working with small producers and manufacturers, prioritizing local cultivation, but also avoiding monocultures and promoting organic farming.

The question of meat consumption and, above all, the rearing and life of the animals is of course at least as important!

That's why you'll find mainly vegetarian delicatessen and vegan specialties in our online shop. Our rillettes, pâté, terrines, fish products and also milk products are carefully selected. It's important to us that the animals live outdoors and do not come from factory farming.

This is still often the case in the south of France. Pork from Mont Ventoux, for example, veal from Corsica, and also goats and sheep live in their herds in the wild for most of the year. This is why they are often not certified organic. In free-range farming, the animals choose their own food. It is therefore not possible to track which grasses the animals eat. Wild grasses are not certified organic and certification of the meat is not possible. This means that free-range farming is more important to us than organic certification. For us, quality definitely comes before quantity. We prefer less meat, but high-quality meat.
