Brewery Beer from France - BOC "Brewer, Oenologist and Creator"
A lot of wine is drunk in France. Vines have been grown here for centuries and the art of winemaking has been perfected. We all know that many renowned Grand Cru wines come from France. From growing regions such as Bordeaux and Champagne, but also from the South of France.
Now brewery beer is becoming increasingly popular in France. Many small local breweries brew beer all over France and also in Provence. And as we are used to from the French, they also place great value on quality and enjoyment when it comes to beer.
BOC is brewery beer from the French wine-growing region of Cairanne
Our trusted brewer is Antony. A few years ago he decided to devote himself to his passion, brewing beer.
This is how he created his beer brewery BOC. His brewery beer from the town of Cairanne in the south of France bears the sonorous name BOC. BOC stands for ' Brasseurs Oenologues Créateurs ', i.e. brewer, oenologist and creator!

Best Cru Wines and Brewery Beer from Provence
The small BOC brewery of Antony is located in the town of Cairanne, 40 km from Avignon and surrounded by countless picturesque vineyards.
Cairanne is a world-famous wine-growing region. Alongside other famous wines from the Rhône Valley, the winemakers in Cairanne produce the best wine. Not far from very famous wine-growing regions such as Vacqueyras and Cheateauneuf-du-Pape.
A team of brewer & oenologist
Due to this location in the middle of the wine-growing regions, it is obvious that the BOC beer brewery also draws inspiration from it.
In his small brewery in Provence, Antony creates his fine French beer together with his wife Peggy. Peggy is a full-time oenologist (winemaker) at a renowned winery in the region.
This symbiosis between Peggy's winemaking knowledge and Antony's knowledge of artisanal beer brewing gives rise to the fine beers of BOC from Provence.
The two often draw inspiration from winemaking methods. The longer fermentation of the beers, for example, is inspired by the way French white wines are made. The beer ferments in its bottle for 12 days. This is longer than usual and allows the beer to develop its aromas even better.
Blanche, Blonde & Ambré - Brewery Beer in French Champagne Bottles
The BOC brewery brews light beer (blanche), white beer (blonde) and dark beer (ambré). In addition to the best wheat and roasted malt, Antony uses high-quality organic ingredients such as coriander, orange or lemon peel. These ingredients give his beer a special aroma.
Finesse down to the smallest detail also in the bottles of BOC beers. The bottles are inspired by old French champagne bottles and are a real eye-catcher.
A brewery beer from the south like no other!
Tip : BOC Brewery Beer is an exceptional beer. An exciting gift for beer lovers but also fans of French wines!
