Genuine Herbs of Provence

Delphine loves plants. Since her early childhood she has been wandering through the Mont de Vaucluse and collecting wild plants. That is why the young farmer decided a few years ago to put the plants of her homeland in the spotlight.

Since she was a child, Delphine has loved discovering the flora around her home village of Mormoiron.

Genuine Herbs of Provence

Many products that advertise herbs from Provence contain herbs that do not come from the south of France. Production in the region is actually relatively small and can barely meet demand. There are few producers like Delphine and they produce in small quantities.

In addition to the traditional herbs of Provence, she creates wonderful associations of local flowers and herbs. As herbal and flower teas, in flavored salt from the Camargue or in tasty syrup. All products are made using traditional methods with many manual steps and in harmony with the local nature. From cultivation to harvesting and drying, all steps are carried out by hand.

Cultivation as in nature

Delphine works in biodynamic mixed culture in the Mont de Vaucluse in the village of Mormoiron. No chemicals or machines are used to grow the plants. Her various herbs and flowers grow in a beautiful coexistence rather than in a large monoculture or greenhouse. Various aromatics, herbs and medicinal plants keep pests away in a natural way. Her two sheep help her pull weeds and also create fertilizer.

Delphine collects other plants in the wild. These are therefore also untreated. The linden blossoms, for example, come from Methamis and the lavender from a local farmer who grows his lavender in mixed culture in the middle of a forest on the Col des Abeilles.
