Didier and his son Florian grow 9 hectares of typical grape varieties of the region at the foot of Mont Ventoux with a view of the Monts de Vaucluse and the Luberon Mountains.

The winery has been 100% organic since 2010. Their wines are also AOC Ventoux certified. This international label guarantees the origin and protects traditional production methods and grape varieties.
cultivation & assemblage
The Domaine 's grapes grow in the fields around Pernes les Fontaines on sandy and loamy soil. This composition makes the soil one of the best in the world for wine production. The harvest is manual and, depending on the assemblage , the grapes are stored in barriques and/or stainless steel barrels.
Ambition, Passion & Authentic!
In order to develop their wine and create complex taste experiences, father and son have been working with an oenologist for several years. They create white wine from the regional grape varieties Roussane, Viognier and Grenache blanc. Red wine from Grenache and Syrah.
The winery's wines are a real insider tip. Due to the small growing area, only small quantities are produced and are mainly sold in delicatessens in France and in restaurants in the region.
