A wonderfully aromatic dry white wine with a round and fruity taste, with notes of fennel and citrus.
A round organic wine with an almost peach-coloured robe that goes wonderfully with the aperitif,
For example with our goat cheese cream with fig or olive tapenade.
Or with Mediterranean seafood, Asian dishes and also with white meat and poultry.
It is made from grapes of the Grenache, Roussane, Clairette and Vermentino varieties. The grapes are harvested manually early in the morning and pressed immediately. The wine is then fermented at low temperatures and stored in stainless steel barrels for 6 months.
The wine is grown organically and has a geographical origin certification AOP Ventoux which ensures traditional production methods.
Enjoy chilled at 10-12°.
