Red wine "3 Pères" Domaine Solence (organic & AOP Ventoux)

A harmonious dry red wine with a deep red color and complex aromas reminiscent of garrigue herbs and red fruits.

A versatile and well-rounded red wine that is a wonderful companion for hot summer days, barbecues and various dishes.

These are the classic grape varieties of the Ventoux region: Grenache and Syrah.

After harvest, the grapes ferment in oak barrels for 20 days.

Enjoy at 18°.

The wine can be drunk immediately or aged for 5-8 years.

The dry red wine "3 Pères" from Domaine Solence is very versatile. It goes very well with grilled meat and fish, pasta and pizza, as well as more elaborate dishes.

The vines for the “3 Pères” grow on a small plot of land called “Petite Juliette” with the calcareous and clayey soil typical of the region

For 30 years, Jean-Luc and his wife Anne-Marie have been growing a variety of different grape varieties on their Domaine le Solence winery in the valley below Mont Ventoux. Most of their wines have a protected geographical designation of origin AOP/AOC. This requires strict traditional production methods.
