Rosé wine "Bois des Amants" Domaine Solence (organic & AOP Ventoux)

An elegant rosé wine with a wonderfully floral and fruityTaste and a color reminiscent of rose petals.

Very nicely rounded in taste and wonderfully fresh. One of the best rosé wines in the Ventoux region.

Consists of Grenache and Cinsault grapes that are harvested manually early in the morning and then immediately pressed. The wine is then fermented at low temperatures.

The wine has an AOP Ventoux certification (protected geographical designation of origin) and was grown using organic farming methods.

Enjoy chilled at 10-12°.

The rosé wine "Bois des Amants" from Domaine Solence is an ideal accompaniment to Mediterranean summer dishes, salads, aperitifs or French charcuterie. This rosé also goes very well with Asian dishes.

The vineyards of Domaine Solence are located in the southern Rhône Valley at the foot of Mont Ventoux.

Jean-Luc is an oenologist and together with his wife Anne-Marie they have converted their winery to organic farming for many years.
