Autumn fruit varieties apple and quince that have been cultivated in the family business for 4 generations at the foot of Mont Ventoux. Harvested by hand at the best harvest time and freshly pressed. Incomparably fruity enjoyment, 100% fruit with no artificial colors, flavors or preservatives.

Behind this pure apple and quince juice are Coralie and her husband Damien, who founded Atelier Hippolyte. But the history of the family heritage is much longer. For four generations now, they have been growing fruit with great experience at the foot of Mont Ventoux in the village of Malaucène. From apples, quinces and apricots to pomegranates and pistachios. The fruit is carefully harvested by hand, selected and processed locally into exquisite, natural juices, as well as jams and other delicacies.
