Terrine with black winter truffle tuber melanosporum from Provence and veal from Zicavo in Corsica.

The aroma of the truffle comes into its own in combination with the mild taste of the veal. Delicious on toasted bread with a fresh salad.

TIP
Great for truffle novices and lovers alike. All you need is a slice of good bread and a little diced goat's cheese and you have a delicious winter starter or aperitif.
ORIGIN & PRODUCER

Real truffle tuber melanosporum from Provence from a small truffle farm. The veal comes from a small farm in Zicavo on Corsica.

Michel & Elodie are passionate truffle lovers and their truffle oaks grow in the Alpes-de-Haute Provence, the Vaucluse & Drôme. Find out more about their production further down this page.

truffle farmers and restaurateurs

Michel & Elodie are our truffle producers here in Provence. They are both passionate truffle lovers, truffle producers and restaurateurs!

They search for their own truffles together with their truffle dogs. They process their truffles wonderfully into delicious and creative products that make you want to try truffles in a very uncomplicated way! Michel is a professional chef and therefore always brings a lot of inspiration for new, innovative truffle recipes. The idea for the Amuseti brand was born from the couple's passion for food and truffles.

truffles from Provence

From November onwards, Michel sets out with his dogs to find the black winter truffle in the forests of Provence.

Elodie's family has been working on their own truffle oaks for many generations. All of them are located in the south of France in the departments of Alpes-de-Haute Provence, Vaucluse and Drôme.

Truffles made easy and without additives

Amuseti products contain truffles from their own cultivation and without chemical fertilizers or pesticides.

All products are also processed in Provence. Without any preservatives or artificial flavors. To achieve an authentic taste, only the expensive tuber melanosporum is used. This is the real black winter truffle from Provence.

Summer Truffles and Corsica

In the summer months, Elodie and Michel also harvest summer truffles. For those who find the taste of winter truffles too intense, it is worth trying the summer truffle, truffe d'été . It has a less strong taste and is also less expensive than the tuber melanosporum.

Since Elodie has Corsican roots, some of the Amuseti products are a creative fusion between the black truffle from Provence and typical products from Corsica. Such as goat cheese, pork
or veal from Zicavo.
